Welcome to the 11th anniversary special edition of the annual Chicago Shimmyfest! Beginning a new decade of artistry and mentorship, Jasmin is restructuring this intensive weeklong experience with a bold new format!
Study with world renown expert Jasmin Jahal, awarded "Best Modern Egyptian Dancer" by IAMED, in intensive workshops, focusing on the fine art of solo belly dance performance. Private coaching is available for one-on-one attention. The challenging workshops are packed with advanced technique and exciting choreography, designed to entice intermediate through professional dancers. Top it off by performing in the fabulous Show to be held on the evening of August 9.
